Bird eating spider of Peru is a big carnivorous brown spider that was reported all over South America. It made its first and only appearance in The Atlas Pin.
Biography[]
It blinds its prey by creating splashes of light. These arachnids are known for their bioluminescent eyes and thoraxes. This can only be accomplished through chemical reactions in the body. It is a form of " cold" light. As their name suggest, they can eat prey as big as birds. Even turkeys, and chickens are prey. They are not true cryptids, as there are bird eating spiders in real, life although the ones seen in the show are exaggerations.
