The Hokhoku is a mighty, carnivorous bird that uses its long, thin beak to pluck at its victims head. Most frequent sightings happen in northern Canada. It is also said to be able to turn invisible. It is also said to be able to make fine music by manipulating the winds. The only way to escape it in the game is to wait for it to fly up, then run below it. Real world legends say it's arch nemesis is the Wendigo .
