Jinshin-Mushi are earthquake beetles. It can generate sound waves that can, with resonance with many types of minerals and causing them to collapse. They are said to be the size of a human fist, and live in japan. The branch-like appendage sprouting from their thorax is what generates the sound waves. This special ability was influenced by nature to scare rival species from their dens. That way the jishin-mushi will always have a habitat.

Their diet consists of rotted trees and fruits. They may also use the vibrations to loosen the vitamins from the ground.
